At Cut Loose Merch, we want you to love your gear, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
